Course 1: Pilates Core Training to Support Your Back

  • Effective methods for treating back problems
  • Counteracting muscular imbalances

Mondays, 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Tuesdays 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
